Install FSUIPC version 7.2.10: Install FSUIPC7 Otherwise refer to the History or Changes document within the package. For interim releases notes about changes are often listed separately, below that. The links for all the updates are listed first. Otherwise it will be wherever you selected at installation time - by default your P3D Add-Ons folder in your Documents.
For versions before FSUIPC6 that will be the Modules folder within your FS or P3D installation. The FS modules here, when supplied without Installer once extracted need copying into the folder containing FSUIPC itself. You will need the main release installed first. Note that sometimes this entry will contain only the changed modules.
